  1. The Snagging Experts specialise in snagging inspections for newly built properties. Our top priority is ensuring the satisfaction of our clients with our inspection services. We strive to identify every defect in your home, but please note that this is not always guaranteed. Factors such as limited accessibility, visibility issues, or other similar circumstances may prevent us from detecting certain problems. We cannot be held liable for any defects or issues that may be overlooked or inaccurately reported.

2. We are committed to supporting you throughout the entire process and take great pride in our aftercare service. Our aim is to ensure your home meets the standards you anticipated. If your builder is unwilling to address any defects, we will provide guidance on the most effective way to approach them with specific legal regulations or other standards.
